Frequently Asked Group Questions

What is the cut-off date?

The cut-off date is the date your group has until to make their reservations. The cut-off date is set at one month prior to arrival for reunions and wedding groups and two weeks prior for teams, corporate groups, and all other types of groups.

How many rooms do I have to block in order to get a group rate?

You must have a minimum of 10 rooms to get a group rate. Groups of 9 or less rooms, please click here.

Do I need a credit card to set up a group block?

Not necessarily. If you are sending in a rooming list you will need to guarantee the block with a credit card. However, if you are going to have your guests call in and make their reservations you do not need to have a credit card. Your guests will need to have a credit card when they make their reservations.

What is a rooming list?

A rooming list is a list you submit before the cut-off date. It has the names of everyone who will be staying at the hotel with your group.
