What is Drury Hotels pet policy?
Pets are accepted at all Drury Hotels if state and local laws permit. Pets are not allowed in the public gathering areas of the hotel, including the breakfast area and pool. Pets are not to be left unattended for more than 30 minutes, and each guest must assume liability for damage of property or other guest complaints. There is a limit of two pets per room. Dogs, for persons with disabilities, are accepted and permitted access to any area frequented by their owners. No state or local laws concerning dogs apply to guide dogs. Guest will be asked to read and sign our "Pet Owner Letter" at check in.

What credit cards are accepted at Drury Hotels?
American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners, Discover/Novus, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted at all Drury hotels.

Are debit cards accepted at Drury Hotels?
Debit cards can be used at Drury Hotels. When using a debit card at check-in for room payment, the funds for the entire stay will be removed from your account at that time.

What if I need a refund on my debit card?
If you have used a debit card and need a refund, it can take up to 30 days for your bank to complete the refund transaction and you see the amount credited into your account. Please note, Drury is not responsible for refunding any charges generated by the card issuing bank that may result from the use of debit cards.

Do all Drury Hotels have disabled accommodations?
Drury Inns, Inc. is operated in a manner that provides that all members of the public will receive equal treatment of services. We meet all requirements of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). For property specific facilities please call the hotel direct.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-out is 11 a.m., check-in time is 3 p.m. at most locations with the exception of:
- Check-in time is 4 p.m. at the Drury Inn & Suites Frankenmuth.

How much is parking at a Drury Hotel?
Parking is free at all locations except Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Riverwalk, Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk, Drury Inn & Suites New Orleans, Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Convention Center and Drury Plaza St. Louis. Do you offer travel agent commission?
A 10 percent Travel Agent Commission is paid for room nights stayed as a result of a Travel Agent reservation. Commissions are payable on sleeping and meeting rooms unless the rate is specified as net, non-commissionable. Travel Agent commissions are paid on a maximum of 5 nights. Any additional nights are not included in the commission payment. Commission is paid within 45 days from date of stay.
