Drury Inns is the winner of the 2nd Quarter 2003 Market Metrix Hospitality Index (MMHI) for its segment. Drury Inns ranked highest in customer satisfaction among all Mid-price hotels,” according to Sarah Conner of Market Metrix.
The MMHI is the largest and most in-depth independent measure of hotel performance based on guest evaluations. Each quarter 30,000 interviews are conducted with members of the National Consumer Opinion Panel about their recent hotel stays. The customer satisfaction score is the average score of 13 product and service questions, which include room cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and value for the price.
The results provide evaluations from all 50 states for all major hotel brands, including all segments from luxury to economy (more than 135 hotel brands).
