  • What is Drury Hotels pet policy?
    Pets are accepted at all Drury Hotels, if state and local laws permit. Rooms with pets will be charged a daily cleaning fee of $10 per room plus tax at all Drury brand hotels. Pets are free at all Pear Tree Inn by Drury and Thrifty Inn hotels. Service animals are welcome at all Drury Hotels free of charge. There is a limit of two pets per room and may only include dogs and cats. Pets are not allowed in the public gathering areas of the hotel, including, but not limited to the dining area, lobby, pool and spa, fitness center, and meeting rooms. Pets need to be on a leash or in a pet carrier when traveling to and from guest room. We ask that guests use waste bags to clean up after pets outside. Pets should not be left alone in your guest room for more than 30 minutes. Our quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Pets are not to be left alone at all during this time. Housekeeping services will not be provided while pets are left unattended in guest room. Each guest must assume responsibility for any damages or noise complaints your pet may cause. At check-in, a guest traveling with a pet will be asked to read and sign our "Pet Owner Letter". Service animals are accepted and permitted access to any area frequented by their owners. State guidelines for service animals apply to the state where the hotel is located.
  • How many guests are allowed in a room?
    Maximum of five (5) people in a standard room or up to six (6) in a suite (not including child in a crib).
  • What is Drury Hotels party policy?
    Parties are not allowed in any area of the hotel including guest rooms, the pool area, and lobby.
  • What are acceptable forms of payment at Drury Hotels?
    Major credit cards accepted at all Drury Hotels are American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners, Discover/Novus, MasterCard, and Visa. Check or cash with credit card verification are also acceptable forms of payment. If you choose to pay cash for your room, you will need to show a photo ID and a valid credit card to guarantee the room. Gift certificates issued from Drury Hotels are also acceptable. Drury Hotels does not accept credit card issued prepaid gift cards.
  • Are debit cards accepted at Drury Hotels?
    Debit cards can be used at Drury Hotels. When using a debit card for room payment, the funds for the entire stay will be removed from your account at check-in.
  • Do you charge my credit or debit card at the time I make my reservation?
    We request a credit or debit card number at the time of booking to secure and guarantee your reservation. Payment for your room will need to be presented at check-in.
  • Is there a surcharge to use your credit card for payment?
    At this time, we have no plans to add a surcharge to credit card transactions, but we reserve the right to do so in the future.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellation by 6 p.m. day of arrival with no penalty, unless otherwise stated. Please note, reservations booked using the eSaver rate include a $25 cancellation fee per room reserved.
  • What if I need a refund on my debit card?
    If you used a debit card and need a refund, it can take up to 30 days for your bank to complete the refund transaction and for you see the amount credited into your account. Please note, Drury Hotels is not responsible for refunding any charges generated by the card issuing bank that may result from the use of debit cards.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-out is 11 am and check-in time is 3 pm at most locations. Please note, the check-in time is 4pm at the Drury Inn & Suites Frankenmuth.
  • What is Express Check Out?
    With Express Check Out, guests can check out of the hotel without visiting the front desk. Guests paying with a credit card, debit card or cash will receive an eReceipt via email on the expected morning of departure to the email address given during the reservation process. Guests may choose to accept their eReceipt as their final bill and upon departure, simply leave the room key(s) in the room. If you prefer a paper receipt or would like your eReceipt sent to a different email address, please let us know at any point during your stay. If there is no email on file or you request a paper receipt, one will be delivered to your door the morning of your expected departure. Express Check Out is offered at all Drury Hotels and Pear Tree Inns. Please note, guests paying with a direct bill account, tour groups, special promotional packages and reservations booked through websites other than DruryHotels.com are not eligible for an Express Check Out and are asked to stop by the front desk to check out of the room.
  • What if I have questions about the Drury Gold Key Club?

  • What do I do if there is no availability online?
    Call 1-800 DRURYINN and a reservation specialist will assist in looking for accommodations not offered online.
  • What do I do if the room type I want to book is not available online?
    Call 1-800 DRURYINN and a reservation specialist will assist in looking for accommodations not offered online.
  • Are any Drury Hotels smoke-free?
    Yes. To see which hotels are smoke-free, please click here.
  • Are rollaways available?
    Yes! Rollaways are available at a rate of $10 per day. Due to a limited number at each hotel, rollaways are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Are cribs available?
    Yes! Cribs are available at no additional charge. Due to a limited number at each hotel, cribs are based on availability.
  • How much is parking at a Drury Hotel?
    Parking is free at all locations, except Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Riverwalk, Drury Plaza San Antonio Riverwalk, Drury Inn & Suites New Orleans, Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Convention Center, Drury Plaza at the Arch St. Louis and Drury Plaza Broadview Wichita. Please call 1-800-DRURYINN for more information on parking at these select locations.
  • Do you offer franchise opportunities?
    Drury Hotels Company, LLC is a private, family owned and operated company.
  • Do you offer travel agent commission?
    A 10% Travel Agent Commission is paid for room nights stayed as a result of a Travel Agent reservation. Commissions are payable on sleeping rooms unless the rate is specified as net, non-commissionable. Commission is not paid on meeting rooms. Travel Agent commissions are paid on a maximum of 30 nights. Any additional nights are not included in the commission payment. Commission is paid within 45 days from date of stay. For commission issues, please contact the Travel Agent Commission Department at 573-334-8281.
  • What are Drury Hotels website browser requirements?
    Drury Hotels requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 2 or higher, Apple Safari 3 or higher, or other compatible browsers that support Javascript, cookies and Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). Using older browsers, non-compatible browsers or disabling browser features, such as Javascript, cookies and SSL, will reduce site functionality. If you are accessing Drury Hotels through a firewall or proxy, check with your Network Administrator to determine if cookies are permitted. To determine which browser version you are using, go to the Help menu from your browser and choose "About....". A screen will appear showing which browser and version you are using.
