We are truly honored to be ranked the highest in the brand category for hotels in Forbes' list of Best Customer Service 2024. Forbes partnered with HundredX, a data analytics company to survey 201,000 U.S. residents who provided 4.2 million ratings on more than 3,000 brands. Survey participants were asked to rate brands on people, speed, services, and resolution. The top 300 brands made it to Forbes' first-ever list of the Best Customer Service, with Drury Hotels coming in at 56.
