Drury Hotels Announces New Hotel in Mobile, Alabama

Construction is underway at the Drury Plaza Hotel Mobile

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – (October 7, 2025) – Drury Hotels, a leading, service-oriented hospitality company with more than 150 hotels in 30 states, announces its newest hotel is now under construction in Mobile, Ala. Located at 812 West I-65 Service Road South in Mobile, the new Drury Plaza Hotel is being built on the site of a former Drury Inn & Suites that stood for almost four decades. This will be the fifth Drury hotel in the state of Alabama.

An ideal destination for leisure and business travelers, the Drury Plaza Hotel Mobile is now accepting reservations for October 2026 and beyond. Guests will enjoy Drury’s award-winning customer service and amenities, with 186 guest rooms and over 1,900 square feet of meeting space.
