Drury Hotels Company announced 109 of their properties received the 2016 TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence distinction. Now in its sixth year, the Certificate of Excellence celebrates hospitality businesses that received consistent, frequent and positive traveler reviews on TripAdvisor during the past 12 months. Certificate of Excellence recipients include accommodations, restaurants and attractions around the world that continually deliver outstanding customer service and experiences for their guests.

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and frequency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
