Ninety-Six Drury Hotels Receive Excellence Award from TripAdvisor

TripAdvisor has awarded 96 Drury Hotels with the 2014 TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award. The award honors hospitality excellence and is given to establishments consistently receiving outstanding reviews on TripAdvisor.

When determining Certificate of Excellence award winners, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm that takes into account review ratings, volume and recency of reviews. Honorees must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five.

Less than 10 percent of businesses on the TripAdvisor website received a Certificate of Excellence this year. And 85 percent of Drury-branded hotels met or exceeded this level of customer-rated performance for 2014. Many Drury hotels are rated as one of the top 5 hotels in their respective city, earning higher marks than many boutique and luxury brands.
