*Eligibility: Promotion is available exclusively to Boeing employees. A qualifying “Group” must book a minimum of forty (40) total room nights, with at least ten (10) rooms on one (1) peak night, and consume a minimum of 80% of room nights. At least fifty percent (50%) of total room nights must occur on weekday nights. A “weekday” night is defined as Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday night.
Groups must have a fully executed contract booked on or after May 22, 2026 and by 11:59 PM December 30, 2026, for stays occurring on or before December 30, 2026. Promotion is not valid on existing contracts and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Promotion must be mentioned at the time of booking and included in the signed contract. Must be 18+ age of majority and a citizen of Canada or the U.S. Employees of Drury Hotels Company, LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and employees’ immediate families, are not eligible or allowed to participate. Complimentary Meeting Room:
Only the Group Contact listed in the contract will be awarded complimentary meeting room for general sessions for the duration of the groups meeting. A “general session” is defined as meeting space up to a maximum of five thousand (5,000) square feet. Groups that meet eligibility requirements will receive one (1) complimentary meeting space per qualifying contract, applied at the time of the event.
Only the Group Contact listed in the contract will be awarded complimentary meeting room for general sessions for the duration of the groups meeting. Groups that meet eligibility requirements will receive one (1) complimentary meeting space per qualifying contract, applied at the time of the event.
Complimentary Room Nights:
One (1) complimentary room night will be provided to the Group for every thirty (30) room nights booked and consumed at the group rate. Complimentary room nights are included within the contracted room block, have no monetary value, and must be used during the contracted Group stay dates. Complimentary rooms are subject to availability. Group must provide the names of attendees utilizing these rooms prior to arrival.
Suite Upgrade:
There will be one (1) upgrade to a suite for every ten (10) room nights booked and consumed on a cumulative basis. A suite will be held in the Group block until the Cutoff Date. Group will have the option to book at the standard rate or release the suite back into general inventory if the required number of rooms is not reserved and paid for. Suite upgrade is subject to availability.
