What are the Drury Rewards Business Program Rules and Regulations?

Drury Rewards® Business is a rewards program offered by Drury Hotels Company, LLC for Drury customers. For purposes of these rules and regulations, the terms “Drury”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Drury Hotels Company, LLC, its subsidiaries, owners, affiliates, officers, directors, partners, employees and agents. Drury Rewards Business is the “Program”. The terms “you,” and “your” apply to you as a participant in the Program. The term “Account” refers to your rewards account and the term “Points” refers to the points earned in the Program. The “Participating Drury Hotels” are Drury Inns®, Drury Inn & Suites®, Drury Plaza Hotel®, and Pear Tree inn by Drury®. These terms and conditions are “Program Rules”.

Your participation in either Program will be governed by these Program Rules, and it is your responsibility to read and understand all of them. By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Program Rules, Drury’s Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and Drury’s Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), which may all be updated from time to time. The Terms and Privacy Policy can be found at: www.druryhotels.com/home/termsofservice and www.druryhotels.com/home/privacypolicy respectively, and are both incorporated into the Program Rules.

Drury reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or change the Program Rules, the structure for earning awards (“Awards”, or individually “Award”) and Award levels at any time without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Points, or the ability to obtain certain Awards. Drury may run promotions from time to time that provide enhanced benefits to eligible participants. Drury reserves the right to add or remove hotels from participation in the Program at any time without notice. Drury also reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights or obligations under the Program without notice. Drury reserves the right to end the Program with 180 days’ notice. This means that your ability to receive additional points and claim Awards can be terminated 180 days after notice of termination is given. You do not acquire property rights in Points transferred to your Account.

You should check the date at the top of these Program Rules and review any additions, modifications, suspensions or changes found in updated Program Rules carefully. If you choose to remain in the Program once updates are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Program Rules, which supersede and replace all prior Program Rules.

You are responsible for understanding and complying with the Program Rules and maintaining your Account’s security. Drury is not responsible for unauthorized Account access or activity, including reimbursement of Points or other damages. You must report unauthorized or fraudulent activity to Drury promptly and provide any requested information and cooperation.

Membership

How do I become a member of the Program?

Membership in the Program is by invitation only. To be eligible for membership you must: (a) be age 18 or over (b) in Drury’s sole discretion, have the potential to book fifty (50) room nights or more on behalf of five (5) or more unique travelers, (c) complete the enrollment and screening process in the manner specified by Drury, and (d) have not previously been terminated from the Program (this does not mean, however, that you may not rejoin if your membership was terminated for inactivity and you otherwise meet eligibility requirements).

If you meet eligibility requirements, Drury will invite you to become a member.

Individuals can apply for membership in the Program at druryhotels.com/druryrewards/business. During the application process, you must provide your legal name matching your government-issued photo identification and a valid email address and you will be asked to complete a member profile. Your member profile will contain information such as your home address and phone number. The information you provide in your application and member profile must be accurate.

Account specific information will be sent by email to the primary email address in your Account. By applying for membership, completing a member profile, providing a mobile number, e-mail address, and/or physical address, you agree to receive e-mails, texts and mail from Drury and Program providers about the Program. You are responsible for updating and keeping current all information that you provide us and agree that we may rely upon the information that you provide without need for other verification.

You are limited to one Account and only one name may be used on an Account. Individuals must enroll separately and may not pool or combine Points with other members, including your spouse or family members.

Drury employees are not eligible to participate in the Program. In addition, travel agents, tour operators, and individuals who are prohibited by their company are not eligible to participate in the Program. It is your responsibility to comply with your company’s ethics compliance policy concerning travel programs.

What is the Initial Membership Period?

After you become a member, you can begin earning Points under the Program so long as you remain a member. You will be eligible to earn Points through the Program for the remainder of the calendar year in which your membership was earned and for the entire calendar year immediately following the year in which you became a member (the “Initial Membership Period”).

Do I have to qualify for membership in the Program every year?

After the Initial Membership Period ends, you must meet Program qualifications annually in order to remain in the Program. Drury will review the bookings you made in the preceding year after the Initial Membership Period ends. If in the preceding year, you booked at least fifty (50) consumed room nights on behalf of five (5) or more unique travelers, you can continue to participate as a member of the Program so long as you also meet all other eligibility requirements set out in these Program Rules.

What if I do not book the minimum number of rooms required to remain in the Program?

If after the Initial Membership Period, you become ineligible to remain a member due to insufficient bookings, you may be eligible for membership in the Drury Rewards® Program. If you are interested in learning more about the Drury Rewards Program, visit druryhotels.com/druryrewards/business.

Can corporations be members of the Program?

Select corporations and entities are eligible for enrollment in the Program. Corporations and other entities seeking enrollment must be specifically approved by Drury and must apply by contacting your Drury sales representative. In addition, the rules and requirements applicable to corporate members may be different than those applicable to individual members.
