How will I know if my room is ready in advance?

Our team will make every effort to ensure we have a room ready for your arrival by 10:00 a.m. If we anticipate we will be unable to accommodate your early check-in, we will contact you the day prior to your arrival using the phone number on your reservation.

How early can I check-in?

Normal check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you requested early check-in and we can accommodate your request, your room will be ready by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your arrival. If we anticipate we will be unable to accommodate an early check-in, we will contact you the day prior to your arrival using the phone number on your reservation.

 

What if I need to check-in before 10:00 a.m.?

In order to assure your room is cleaned and sanitized properly, the earliest check-in available is 10:00 a.m. If you arrive prior to that time, you are welcome to store your luggage with our front desk team or you can enjoy a cup of coffee and our FREE WI-FI in the lobby as we work to prepare your room.

 

What if I no longer need my early check-in request?

We get it, plans change. Just call our friendly reservations team at 1-800 DRURYINN, and they will gladly remove your request. You will not be charged the early check-in fee.

 

Why can’t early check-in be guaranteed?

While we always work diligently to honor our guest’s requests, in this case, we may not be able to access your room first thing in the morning; we must wait for the previous guest to check out first. Since we want you to rest assured that we will never compromise on cleanliness, we need time to thoroughly clean and sanitize your room before we check you in.  We will make your room our first priority when it becomes available.
