How early can I check-in?

Normal check-in time is 3:00 p.m, except Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando - Disney Springs^® Area, Drury Inn & Suites Frankenmuth, and Drury Plaza Hotel Pigeon Forge have 4:00 p.m. check-ins.

If you reserved early check-in, your room will be ready by the requested time on the day of your arrival. If you arrive prior to that time, you are welcome to store your luggage with our front desk team or you can enjoy a cup of coffee and our FREE Wi-Fi in the lobby as we work to prepare your room. 

What if I no longer need my early check-in request?

We understand plans change. Just call our friendly reservations team at 1-800 DRURYINN, and they will gladly remove your request. You will not be charged the early check-in fee.
