*Eligibility: A "Group" is defined as a booking that consists of a minimum of ten (10) rooms booked and consumed on any one (1) night. This promotion requires a minimum of ten (10) rooms booked and consumed on any one (1) night, at least twenty (20) rooms booked and consumed in total at a participating hotel, and at least fifty percent (50%) of the total room nights booked and consumed on weekday nights, which are defined as Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday nights.
Groups must have a fully executed contract that qualifies for the Newest Places to Meet Promotion as offered by Drury Hotels and accepted at the time of booking. Promotion is not valid on existing contracts and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Promotion must be mentioned at the time of booking and included in the signed contract. Must be 18+ age of majority and a citizen of Canada or the U.S. Employees of Drury Hotels Company, LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and employees' immediate families are not eligible to participate. Limit: Only the Group Contact listed in the contract will receive the promotional benefits, including complimentary meeting room rental, projector screen, and LCD projector. One (1) promotional benefit package will be awarded per qualifying contract and applied at the time of the event.
