Drury Hotels Company announced 95% of their hotels received the 2020 Tripadvisor® Travelers’ Choice Award. The award recognizes hospitality businesses that received consistent, frequent and positive guest reviews on Tripadvisor during the past 12 months. Award recipients include hotels, restaurants and attractions around the world that continually deliver outstanding customer service and experiences for their guests.

The Travelers’ Choice Award accounts for the quality, quantity and frequency of reviews submitted by travelers on Tripadvisor over a 12-month period. For a property to be considered eligible, it must be listed on Tripadvisor for a minimum of 12 months and be in the top 10% of ranked properties.
